I had an amazing time staying here, especially enjoying the nearby beautiful Playa Juanillo just about 2.5 km away for breathtaking views and relaxing strolls, along with quick access to the charming Sanctuary Town for tasty dining options just a few steps away. every morning was like a mini adventure as i explored the nearby hiking trails and signature landmarks at my leisure.

It was just a nice choice for a short weekend trip in Punta Cana with fantastic value for money. Jerry, the waiter, always had a massive grin that made our dining experiences more enjoyable. Just remember to check the entertainment schedule ahead of time if you're expecting earlier shows.

While the facilities are impressive, noise from the nearby entertainment could be distracting for relaxation. A few guests noted issues with luggage delivery upon arrival, creating minor inconveniences. Additionally, the restaurant dress code seemed inconsistently enforced, which may feel frustrating for those wanting to adhere to the rules on a special evening.

However, there was a frustrating lack of hot water during my stay, which overshadowed some of the pleasant aspects. Overall, the staff was amicable, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxation.

The room was spacious with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and minibar. Loved the bathroom with shampoo and body soap. Pools are amazing, especially the outdoor ones. The spa was top-notch with full body massages and hot tub access. Breakfast had tons of options and delicious coffee. Service was friendly and always attentive.
